Just a quick update. I’ll be leaving for India in the morning (11:30AM flight!) to attend my friend Vinay’s wedding. I’m very excited, as you can probably imagine, and have been busily packing and making arrangements these past few weeks, including cleaning my apartment out from top to bottom (I live by my mother’s maxim that “there’s nothing worse than coming home from a vacation to a dirty house”). Everything’s in order thankfully, and after my return on the 27th expect lots of updates documenting my adventures in the land of Hindu and IT Tech Support. If I can, I’ll try to post some pictures or whatnot while I’m there, but we’ll see how it goes. I’m definitely feeling pumped though, and am looking forward to meeting up with a good friend, meeting his new wife in the bargain, and meeting about half a million of his closest friends and relatives.

Ok, I’m off to India; where the weather’s hot, and the food’s…well, hotter! yay!!!
